Are all jerseys in stock?
Most items are ready to ship. However, during peak seasons (like major tournaments), popular styles can sell out quickly. Real-time availability is shown on each product page (e.g., "In Stock" or "Low Stock").

What does "Pre-Order" mean?
For upcoming or highly anticipated designs, we open Pre-Orders. This lets you reserve your jersey before it arrives. We'll ship all Pre-Order items as soon as they land in our warehouse. The estimated shipping timeframe is clearly noted on the product page.

How do I choose the right size?
Sizing can vary! We strongly recommend checking our detailed Size Guide (available on every product page) before ordering. Compare your body measurements to our chart for the most accurate fit.

Orders & Customization

Can I change or cancel my order?
We can only modify an order if it hasn't entered our packing process. Please contact us immediately if you need to make a change.
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, provided it has not been prepared for shipment.

Can I return a customized jersey?
Due to their personalized nature, jerseys with custom names, numbers, or patches are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect. Please review all customization details carefully before confirming your order.

Returns, Refunds & Care

What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window from the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging.
To start a return, please contact our customer service team for a Return Authorization.

How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Who pays for return shipping?
For returns due to a change of mind or wrong size, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect), we will cover all return costs.
